Guild Wars 2

Once upon a time i have brought all the Guild Wars games there was. Loved it as you all did, but it got stolen. I’ve recovered it, with the help of the support years back.

Now, that i wanted to merge the two games, i found out that it is stolen once more! The problem is, that there is no more active support for Guild Wars one.

What i have: all the serial numbers, all the physical games, an account name.
What i don’t have: password, character names (they are most likely deleted by the thief cause the HoM calculator can’t find any.

I will probably spend all day reading articles, and forums. I wanted this post to be up in advance so if you could provide anything useful i could use it on my search.

There is still GW1 support via this website. No bugs and stuff anymore, but account access and exploits are still covered.

I didn’t get an answer from the sup so far, and i’m worried that i won’t get any.

The response time is a little longer at the moment, after the sales and an influx of new players. GW2 ticket numbers can be posted in a sticky after a week if there was no answer by then, but I’m not sure about GW1 tickets. I heard those can take up to a few weeks.
I’m sure you’ll get an answer eventually, but until then I suppose you’ll just need patience, sorry :/
