Guild bank question
If your guild is on a diff server you wont have access to their main guild bank.
And if you were able to be on same server, anything you put in, anyone else can remove unless that particular thing is account bound to you ( which I do not think you actually can put in there anyways)
Also watch that you are not in a guild where they let you put stuff in, but not take back out. seen that happen.
Currently all guild upgrades are tied to one world. In April they announced that they wanted to change that in the future, though.

How consistent is A net with their promises? Because I used to play a game made this company called Wargaming they promised stuff 2 years ago but it still yet have to come

Anet’s policy is that everything they announce is subject to change. So just because they create a blogpost about something does not mean that it really is coming. There are things like precursors crafting that were promised quite some time ago, but kept being delayed:
We want to let you know that the ability to build your precursor will not be in our upcoming Feature Pack. The way progression and rewards work in Guild Wars 2 have changed quite a bit since we initially talked about that feature, and our main horizontal progression systems are about to get some additional updates in the upcoming feature pack. Because of that, we are looking into several ways to integrate building your precursor into our new updated reward and progression systems we’re working on, which is requiring additional development time and iteration. As always, we’ll share details on this system once it’s far enough along in production we’re ready to discuss it.
Back to the guild rework: I think this one is definitely going to be implemented in the near future, because the guild upgrades already work like this in the Chinese version.
The purpose of the guild bank is to share items with your entire guild. Not everyone can withdraw items (or even deposit them), it’s one of the things guild leaders can assign through the rank system. But as far as Anet are concerned (and most guilds) anything in there belongs to the guild as a whole and anyone who has permission can take it.
You can’t put anything that’s account bound or soulbound in a guild bank (even if you’re the only member) and you shouldn’t put anything in that you’re not willing to give to the guild. It’s a good idea to check with the leader or officers as well to see if they have any specific rules.

Saying they WANT to do it is not a Promise it will happen. From my understanding, it’s a technical issue not allowing them to make Guild cross Server right now. While they haven’t been specific with the details, they have commented that the fact that there are a number of very large current guilds that DO have well developed Guild resources on multiple Worlds that is making the task difficult (and potentially impossible).
They have also stated that starting the cross world Guilds from scratch (like the China version) is easy, but changing our exsiting Guild structure to cross World one is not. Again, a Guild with a bank, many purchased upgrades, etc. on 5 different worlds is NOT going to be easy to turn into ONE big guild.
It would be great for them to do this and it appears they WANT to do this, but whether or not it’s technically (and potentially economically) possible remains to be seen.
