Can someone tell me how and where I can make a Guild Banker

First off, you have to create a guild at the guild registrar (one i every city, the Lion’s Arch one is currently to the left of the Vigil Keep Waypoint). Then you have to earn a total of 2500 guild influence, to purchase the upgrades Architecture I and Architecture II, and finally the guild stash. The easiest way to get that influence is to talk to the Guild Promoter, and buy it for 5 gold.

Create Guild, costs 1s

Earn or buy influence. 20c per point.

Research Architecture Level 1 for 500 influence + 16 hours to complete.

Research Architecture Level 2 for 1000 influence + 32 hours to complete.

Build Guild Stash, 50 slots, for 1000 influence + 2 days to complete.
