Guild Wars 2

I am having trouble getting the 10 points for representing in personal bank guild account (two accounts).

The above link implies that the game rewards 10 points influence when members represent.

However, although logging in daily and representing on each of two accounts has resulted in only 20 points influence since sept 16.

Has anyone figured out if there is a specific mechanic, such as specific time that you must be logged in to get the attendance bonus?

I suppose this could be bug, as well.

Does anyone know?

It does say it’s random, so I suppose, however unlikely, it is technically possible that you’ve just been extraordinarily unlucky. But again, that doesn’t seem likely. Perhaps there’s a bug in the system? Have you tried the bug report forum?

It’s not just logging in… it’s actually being online and in the game at that single moment.
