I have a one man guild….meaning just me for storage purposes.

If I change severe to complete a map in W vs W, will I loose my upgrades such as storage and anything in them with a temporary change in in servers.

I have heard you loose everything if you are guild leader. I need a very firm answerer for obvious reasons.

I will say, I am also a member of a small guild other than mine. If I represent that guild while changing servers, will that make a differences?

You lose everything except you don’t. That is to say everything still exists on your original server, so it’s not lost. You’re just not taking it with you. Nor can you use it if you guest over there.

So yes, you’re starting over on the new server.

I’d be cautious about switching servers to access WvW as the latest patch says that they are changing the way that the WvW match-ups are done. Depending on when you move you may find that you still can’t access the colour map that you need. Or you may find that you can move before the patch and get your map completion and after the 28th find out that it would have been easy for you to get it on your original server after the new match-up system comes into place. By which point you’ve paid out for a transfer and left your guild facilities behind. Things to think about at least…
