Guild Wars 2

So I’m stuck between creating my own guild or saving up for some level 35 cultural armor. I set my limits though so I don’t really want to join a guild.

I have about 1 gold piece and 10 silver pieces and the armor in total costs about 2 gold and 80 silver. Creating a guild as you guys know is about 1 gold piece. I’m currently lvl 12 and would like to choose one of the two options…

Create a Guild? (1 g)
or
Save up for armor (2 g 80 s)

(p.s. if there is anything special I should be doing with my gold now at my lvl besides the armor and guild it’s fine to tell me I would appreciate it)

Well… Here’s the plan:

1. Make a guild.
2. Level up to lvl 35.
3. Do 2 runs of the Ascalonian Catacombs .
=> you have 2g.

Gold will be very easy to come by once you can run dungeons. And even if you don’t want to do that, there are tons of other options. In your case, one I would suggest is mining iron ore (sounds about your level at the moment) and then selling it. You get one silver and something (depends, something abround 1s20c is normal) for each piece, so you’ll need about a hundred pieces of iron ore to make your guild. That’s it. Doable in an hour or less.

No need to decide, you’ll have enough gold for cultural once you reached level 35.
