Guild Wars 2

I could not find answers on these questions so hopefully one of you fine folk can lend some insight.

My guild (small) is looking to jump to another server to add some friends. My questions are:

1) Will all of the guild features/upgrades come with us?
2) Will our current level of influence come with us?

Appreciate any help the community can provide!

Upgrades & Influence are tied to the server it was made on. You can transfer over but you will be starting over.

I am not 100% sure but I do not belive either do. Someone else can verify but I think you have to start over with the guild on your new server.
