Guild Wars 2

Hello, I really like the heavy armor skin “guild tassets” anyone know how/where i can get it ? Can’t find any info.
Is this a stuff you unlock with guild hall ?

It’s a guild hall unlock if I’m not mistaken

I believe you need a guild armorer, possibly higher than the first tier of armorer. My guild’s still inching towards the workshop so I don’t know for sure.

Level 40 I think for the guild hall, could be mistaken though.
