Just what Turamarth.3248 said. Go there create a ticket. Hacked accounts are often used for botting/cheating and gold farming. If you are not the one who did it you do have a good chance of getting your account back to what it was before the hijacking. Gw2 Admins are very good at figuring out if you or someone else are the guilty party.
Furthermore next time make sure you add the additional security to your account. If you got a cellphone turn on Two-Factor Authentication. It makes it so the hacker has to have your phone to steal the account. Additionally E-mail Authentication does the same thing but with emails.
Here’s the thing. If there accounts were hacked and used from the same IP as the others that means someone from that physical location did the hacking. If someone remotely hacked an account then a different IP would be used to connect to the servers and that IP, not your friends IP, would be the one that got banned.
Your friends need to each submit a support ticket for themselves to try to get it fixed.

That’s not the issue.
The issue is multiple play the game from the same location, each owning their own account.
1 account got hacked and used for nefarious purposes. All accounts from that IP have been banned, including accounts that weren’t hacked or violated any rules. At least from the side of the story we are told.
I understand the issue and I’m saying that bans don’t work the way the Emporor.1028 is implying they do. The only account(s) to get banned would be the account(s) engaged in the nefarious activities. The only IP(s) to get banned would be the IP(s) the accounts were logged into while the nefarious activities were taking place.
Thus if the account was truly hacked from an external source it would not affect any of the other accounts.
Is it possible the banning was for some issue with a payment via a CC?
From what I understand, If a CC reverses a payment for a charge then Anet will likely perma-ban all accounts purchased with that CC number.
Per above, each account will need to open a ticket with support to try and clear up the issues separately and nobody here (Anet employee or not) is going to discuss this type of issue on these forums. This level of discourse is between the account owner and Support.

Maybe becasue they all use the same paypal account (The bigger brother pays for his little brothers).
But yeah i really hope they get it back becasue that is really unfair that becasue of 1 account the others that have nothing to do with it except share the same router and pay using the same paypal account all get terminated really harsh by ANET.Thanks for the feedback guys.
