I deleted a character which had a ‘Heroic Chest’ in bag

The XP boosters are not vital. The 18 slot box is super nice. The choice of armor chests gives you a choice of heavy, medium, or light armor skins that can be applied for free once and then cost a transmute each time thereafter. The skins are available in the Gem Store. My personal opinion on the skins is that the Primeval is most worthwhile for the chest and legs, the Krytan gives you a nice medium chest for women and is horrible all around on men, and the Profane is utterly ridiculous for either gender though women do get some nice dyable claws from the gloves. You can check the wiki for screenshots of the full sets.

So the only really useful thing in your deleted chest is the 18 slot bag, but that alone makes it well worth submitting a ticket politely requesting a restoration.

Your second picture shows what’s in the heroic chest. You could try putting in a ticket with Customer Service, to see if they’d replace it, but I don’t know if they will. That’s really your only option, though.

CORRECTION: Apparently the armor chests now contain statted blue level 0 armor! So get it for the armor class you’re playing. Sorry if this is way too late
