Hi I have a question about: HOPE III: Prototype
The third stage of crafting HOPE forces you to rely on the hints provided in the collection itself. While straight-forward, the sheer size of the collection may leave you confused where to start. (wiki….)

1st step: Empty Branded Crystal Found in the chest after defeating the Shatterer in Blazeridge Steppes.

Considering the 3rd part of HOPE, I tried that the Shatterer step once without any luck. Do I have to activate a collection?
Is the Empty Branded Crystal a 100% drop? Any thoughts?

Yea, it’s where I got it. Mine was on the first go, so I thought it was a guaranteed drop, but it may be anywhere from 1-99% then?

Small notice, it comes from the popup chest. so there’s no point in doing multiple shatterers on one day

Sometimes the collections seem to bug and wont give you the item even though it’s supposed to. Just do it again. You have to have the HOPE III collection active of course.

A friend helped ig. Wiki missed 1 line the craft of Development, which I added. By that, the collection opened. Ty guys, topic can close. Cheers
