Hey Im trying to get HoM rewards, but I double click on it, and it wont let me drag and drop the items. Also its only working on my Norn character, doesnt even have the item on my asura. Please help

If the “item” you’re referring to for your Asura is the blue orb that transports you to the HoM, the item is account bound. You can pass it back and forth from character to character via the bank. When you create a new character, a new HoM transport orb should be created for them. IIRC, it shows up in the mail. So, if you’ve accidentally deleted your HoM orb and have an open character slot, you could create a character, put their orb in the bank, then delete the character to free the slot back up.

As for getting items from the vendor, try highlighting the item, then clicking “buy” at the bottom of the purchase window. The item should end up in your bag. I “buy” a stack at a time so that I don’t have to come back so often.

No no i got the items, easy from the historian guy, but the thing is it wont let me drag the hertiage thingy in the area

It’s a skin…click the heritage item…click the item you wish to make look like a heritage item.

Also to be noted, you can’t transmute equipped items, you have to remove them to your inventory before you can change them.

You have to put the item you want to transmute in your inventory, double click the HoM item and then drag the item to be transmuted into the window that appears, then click the button.
