How do you explore the area’s i made red? I see fog there and i would like to know how that area disappears

You don’t, they are not discoverable. Looks like you’ve got it all!

What Firedancer said. Those areas always have the fog over them because they’re not able to be discovered.

I will say that you can access those locations quite easily if you like, they are out-of-bounds areas so they aren’t normally accessible but you can get to them with a little of your jumping puzzle skills.
