Do the other players heals help when you are downed? How about self regeneration from boons and healing signets? Or is it the only way to heal out of downed state is thru the lousy downed skills and getting a revive from others?

I’m not sure, but afaik no healing will work (unfortunately). Boons and conditions will be reset (good for jormags breath). And I don’t think you can reapply regeneration to a downed ally.

So rally, getting special healed or some temporary zombie effects.

I know that my Guardian Aegis and other protecting boons do seem to apply to downed people. At least, the visible effect goes off on them, so I use it to help stop incoming damage from slaying them while I’m reviving them. I’m not sure about flat out heals.

Amazing that this isnt explained anywhere: wiki, google or forums. I will have to assume downed players cant be healed except for the awesome Symbol of Judgement.

No more wasting Healing Springs on downed allies :C
