Swap out 20 in Shadow Arts for Acrobatics (This changes also if you use Signet first or Steal first after Roll for Initiative)
-Power of Inertia
-Quick Recovery
Now, this is a rough draft, but I figure I’d explain the sequence. It’s obviously a single-target Yoda style Heartseeker build.

So you see your target and begin the approach, here are the steps to insta-kill.
1) Apply Basilisk Venom
2) Dodge twice towards the enemy, gaining 2 stacks of Might (acrobatics only)
3) When in range, activate Infiltrator’s Signet, giving Might and putting you on target
4) Pop Haste!
5) Release ~6 Heartseekers in a row in 3 seconds!
6) Roll for Initiative, gain 6 initiative!
7) Steal to get back on target, gaining 2 more Initiative!
8) Spam more Heartseeker until it’s dead!
I gotta try this out tonight. Rough idea, I’m sure it can be refined. Hope no one stuns me.
