Help Low FPS on Best Performance setting
Have you updated the Radeon roms for the G-card? try that first ^^ i did and even with my AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB updated i can run with best performance and appearance at 20-25 fps. I couldn’t at first but then i updated the roms and drivers and what not for the entire PC and it runs smoothly, the only time I ever lag is in large events with a ton of people.
Make sure all drivers are up to date. After that you could try turning down/off shadows or using fps limiter setting.
Oh and Avery, lag =/= fps.
=/=? no idea what that means x_x lol
It’s a cheap excuse for a “does not equal” sign.
ah ok. Thank you for the clarification ^^
My OS : Win 7 Ultimate 64bit
@Avery Faustus.3015 : Radeon rom , you mean driver? If driver , i already use Catalyst Control Center autoupdate latest driver .
from personal experience its all haveing to deal with with the cpu. gw2 runs mostly on the cpu more pacifically unparked cores but most likely all ur cores are parked.
amd A8-6500 (a crappy dual core cpu) both of the cores were parked so with the help of you tube a 2 step process. i unperked them and getting 50 -60 easy but not world bosses with all the people there thats understandable.
here is the vid i used but use it a ur own acord

No..it actually MEANS “not equal” to in some programming languages..
Fate is just the weight of circumstances
That’s the way that lady luck dances
Not a programmer, and I’m not sure I see a difference.
No programming language uses that because the symbol of an equals with a line through it is not obtainable on a keyboard. Programming languages use != or <>
I would be surprised if it’s parked cores. I know Win 7 had a tendency to over-park cores but this rarely happens when there is any real stress on the system. There may be other things in place here. download CPU-Z, it will tell you what your system is really doing, what clockspeed and multiplier you have and also what speed your PCIe bus is running (Should be X16). Report back this data and hopefully it will show the cause of the problem. HWMonitor is also another good program to run to tell you what is going on.
