Ok. so I have an idea for a visual themed character that I know I would love running. But, I already have 20 characters.(yes I know I have an altoholic problem.) I debated before posting this weither it was easier to say what I had or what I didn’t have. I’ve decided to say the what I have route. so in no particular order: GS Mesmer. Axe/Axe War. Longbow Dragonhunter. GS/Scepter/Focus Reaper. Axe/Torch/Traps Ranger. Longbow Ranger. Longbow/Sword/Torch Berserker. Scepter/Horn Tempest. Hammer/Rifle War. Dagger/Focus Necro. Pistol/Pistol Daredevil. Hammer/Mortar Kit Scrapper. Flamethrower Kit Engineer. Mace/Shield Guardian. Dagger/Dagger Ele. Staff Druid. Staff/Shortbow Daredevil. Scepter/Shield Chronomancer. Staff Ele. GS War.

All right so, my question is what would be fun to play in WvW/PvE/SW farm that isn’t in that list? one quick note: I am VERY hesitant to play any kind of Revenant as I like having builds and I view the rev class as a premade buildless class, like a throwback to games where your class set your skill bar.

been 2 days low views no answers. just curious is it because I have everything viable covered already? what class/weapon combos are you guys having fun with in pve/wvw?

I might wanna add in a dagger/dagger condi daredevil, it may sound stupid, but with 17k dps it’s not that unviable (atleast for open world, lvl1-50 fractals, also funny to watch the enemy fade with dozen of conditions while you’re just kitten ing arround). But prepare for some serious hopping

Not at all. At least for PvE you only have 3 profession that can be view as meta. GS Warrior I assume PS? Staff DD, I assume in berserker gear? And staff Druid, I assume as a healer? You don’t have Sword/Sword Chronomancer, a Sword/X Herald, a Hammer DH, a Grenade condi Engie, a Viper Reaper?

My builds for WvW are in my forum signature ( http://asphyxia.tv/builds ) – it may help you out. I can’t really speak to PvE much but I’ve had pretty good success with my WvW builds.

Staff Mesmer. Also did I miss it or do you not have a revenant character?

I play Reaper greatsword, alternate staff. It is a little slow, but she has great CC capabilities in Reapershroud, which is nice in PvE
