I forgot that i changed over my unlimited gathering tools to one of my ults, but then i deleted the alt as i decided i wanted to level a different character and forgot they were on them what do i do? are they gone forever thats 3k gems down the drain if thats the case HELP!!!!

Submit a support ticket.
They may replace it or perform your once for any reason rollback.

The only thing you can do is contact Support (link at the top of the page) and ask if they can help.

They may be able to get them back for you, or like Aro said roll your account back to before you delete the character (this is like system restore on Windows, you’ll lose all the changes since the last time a back-up was created). If not then yes you’ve lost them.

For future reference it’s a good idea when deleting a character to unequip everything they have (even stuff you don’t want to keep), empty all their inventory bags into the default backpack, unequip the bags and then go through every single item and put it in the bank, salvage it, sell it or delete it. Then double check the equipment window and all the bag slots before you delete the character.

It might seem pointless to unequip and sort through stuff you know you obviously don’t want to keep, like soulbound low level trinkets, but it’s much, much easier to look at an equipment tab that should be empty and see things you’ve missed than to look through a full one and spot things you wanted to keep.

Thanks guys i sent in a support ticket now im just waiting to hear from them, and ya i usually always make sure if im deleted a character i made for dalies or w/e or a random character i no longer play i make sure i take everthing off them, but i literally like just go the gathering tools a few days ago and completely forgot that i even had them on that character and im not used to checking for those so ya
