Which sub-forum is used for discussions about this forum moderators?
I tried starting thread in “general” section, but it was closed, so I would like to know where on this forum we can discuss such things. Off-topic or something similar?

Symke, if you have any general questions, you can always contact us via private messages. On the other hand, if you feel any action taken by a moderator was inappropriate, send an e-mail to forum@arena.net and the issue will be looked into.
