Whats the armor set the gatekeeper wears? Is it obtainable for players? I’ve been trying to find it but had no luck so far.

Well looking on http://argos-soft.net/GW2ArmorGallery/index.php?sex=0&weight=1&race=0&color=3 i don’t think players can get this armor.
