The armor skins now available in the Heart of the Mist for glory+gold, like Cultural sets, can be used for PvE as well or only PvP?

They will at some point in the next few months be changing it so PvE/PvP skins are transferable between the two areas. Right now you can’t bring them over to PvE but later, it seems, you should be able to.
