Hello guys I’ve got a lv 80 druid full geared in berzerker’s exotics and some ascended trinkets. I’d like to’ get ascended viper’s gear but I do not really know where i should begin, i’m 400 in leatherworking and i have enough gold to bring it to 500, but i don’t have that much gold to craft gear lol since im a poor pvper Who wanted to jump into PvE.

TL;DR
Please tell me how to get ascended viper’s gear, mind that im poor af and can’t afford crafting.

Edit: is it possible to change ascended backpack/trinket stats ?

You don’t need ascended armor unless you want to do very high level fractals, the stat difference is trivial. You can get ascended ‘choose any stat’ jewelry and backpieces from the new living world maps, via unbound magic which is gathered all over the living world maps doing various things, and then some map specific currency like winterberries in Bitterfrost Frontier.

Well my objective is to start raids and high lvl fractals actually lol

You can get viper trinkets by farming newer maps:
BLOODstone Fen, EMBER bay, BITTERfrost frontier, Lake DORIC, Draconic Mons.

For gear if u r not lucky to drop boxes, u do have to craft it. You can also craft armor of other stats e.g. berseker and convert it to viper via Mystic Forge.

Crafting viper’s insignia to convert ascended armor of other stats you crafted is a wash. Just craft the ascended viper’s to begin with.

The one way it would help you is if you got an ascended armor drop in another stat.
