Guild Wars 2

I have discovered all but 1 Point of Interest in Lion’s arch and can not figure out how to get to this one. Can someone give me some hints/advice on how to get it?

If I recall correctly, jump in the water just south of the bank, and there will be something like a sewer pipe with a cracked lid there. Enter it and you will find your missing area and PoI.

There is an entrence to the sewers a little east of there. Follow the river and look for an opening.
