Guild Wars 2

So i’m starting into Gw2 again and i’m not sure what to do, i played a thief for a couple months before i quit but i don’t want to go back to it, i need something versatile, so ill be able to be in dungeon groups without being kicked, and can WvW without too much pain, i’m not big into pvp but i wouldn’t mined doing that too, I’ve been told to play guardian but it never really appealed to me, but however if theirs no other option i would try it. so besides thief, ranger, guard. whats recommended for a Prof to lvl to 80?

The “big secret” in this game is that any class is a go when in the hands of somebody who knows what he or she is doing. People that have an animosity towards a given class are only haters because they couldn’t figure out the proper mechanics to playing said class. So, the trick is obviously to find the class that suits your specific playing style…assuming that you’re actually aware of your playing style…and I’m not saying that as a flame, I’m saying that as an actual observation of some players who build their character towards one end of a spectrum but actually play on the other end. Kinda’ like a glass cannon who wants to face-tank everything.

Mesmer is quite fun. They can be quite durable and can dps fairly well. They have a few different build options. I love mesmer, hated the thief. Guardian is versatile but personally I find it rather boring. Good luck on choosing another class.
