Help out a colorblind player with dyes!
Not going for the hellfire set, but what I’ve found goes well with similar flame-theme gear, is Midnight Fire (I think that’s the “blackest” red).
Midnight Ice also goes well and makes a nice contrast.
Those are pretty pricey though, so if you didn’t want to spend so much especially on something you yourself cannot appreciate, try Heirloom (a rich brown-red, darker than Blood).
Sorry bro, but that doesn’t help me in the slightest.

I have those colors and have decided to use midnight red, but I want a color to match the bright flames on the armor. If you could help me with that part, that would be awesome.
Right now the colors I have chosen are: Abyss, Midnight Red and Gold. However I would like to switch out gold if there is any color that matches the flames better and I am unsure if Gold even matches it.

Abyss and Midnight Red will be awesome – they are “can’t go wrong” colours.
How the Gold looks will depend on the material being dyed – on metal, it will come out nice and shiny as gold should; on some fabrics it will be a pale yellow (whether it goes with the flame theme is subjective of course); but on a lot of material (eg medium Duellist) it will be washed out and muted.
I tested on the Fire God Vambraces (they have some metal bits), and the Gold goes just fine, though is too pale a hue to match the flames. Honeybutter and Butter seem a closer match (and also come out shiny, on the metal). On non-metal material those colours may end up very meh though.
[I personally chose something even less saturated than Gold – Lemon Zest I think, but that’s cos I wanted a contrast, not something that matches]

Cool, thanks! I’ll try those colors out!
