Help with JP in WVW
The traps in question only activate if there is a player pulling the chain. Sometimes it bugs so that the spikes appear to be out all the time, but you can jump on them anyway without gettings impaled. The only traps that activate by themselves in this puzzle are the fire spitting ones inside the dark room.
I’m not talking about a trap activated by chain. A thief is able to place a trap mid air, so whenever someone jumps, they hit the the trap, stop their momentum, and fall to their death. Combat log reads along the lines of “Server of Player’s needle trap hit you for * damage”.
Wouldn’t we all be a lot happier if these kittening PvE toys were shifted out of WvW?
