I am a level 28 human thief, my question is where do you go to level, I am really lost in where I should go can anyone help please

The fastest leveling is done by crafting but this takes up massive amounts of gold.
For most XP events and hearts are the best. If you have completed your racial 1-30 levels have a go at the other race areas (use the asura portal in your home town).
Atm you can get a lot of XP from the tixx dugeon (part of the wintersday event) this gives you about 60% of a level but can only be done once a day.

If you open your map it has numbers under the area names, those are the levels of that area. If you are looking to push through to a certain level and have nothing more to do in the area you have been playing in, you can go to one of the other areas of the same level and the game will level you down to the appropriate level if need be.

Or if you really want to explore the world, do all the areas!
