Has anyone found a way to beat the Shadow Dragon (Living Story, Mystery Cave) on the second fire ring phase? Once I reach this phase I experience something similar to this player where the fire ring doesn’t stay lit for long and it doesn’t seem possible to light all the points:

By the time I’m able to light a third point the first two are already gone. I was able to complete the first fire ring phase no problem.

That person is ignoring the smothering shadows. You need to kill those while the flame buff is on you. They die in one hit.

There are small adds that spawn, called Smothering Shadows. They look like mordrem menders using death shroud. They’re immune to damage and slowly walk towards a lit fire, extinguishing it if they reach it. You need to pick up the fire from the ground like you would to light part of the ring, but before using it, attack the shadow, which will die in one hit from anything while you have the buff on you.
