Guild Wars 2

So i need vistas. And im going to transfer to a different server for a week so i can get them in WVW.
But!
my main concern is – How long must i wait after transferring to enter WVW? I heard rumours of 24 hours, or a day, and in other cases people say there is no wait time.

And also what happens to my current guilds? Do they delete on my guild tab or stay?

You cannot enter WvW untill the matches have been reset (and maps have rotated). This is done to prevent matchfixing.

Guilds and guildsmembership is across server. So it doesnt change anything and you keep being a member. However the influence and services provided by the guild are bound to a server. So if you move to a server your guild has no members, you will be in a guild with 0 influence and no upgrades like guildbank.

Myself being a gypsy, transferring from JQ-Des-FC-TC-FA-JQ, I’ve gone straight into WvW with no waiting at all.
