Guild Wars 2

I started up the game and created a Norn Ranger, I was unhappy with the final product so I deleted it. I created a new one and I realised I had mail in the inbox and i checked and it was the armor for purchasing the heroic edition and the starter book, I then collected both. I quickly looked into my hero log and nothing was there, so i panicked and checked my inbox again, the notes were still there and then i unknowingly deleted them. So I deleted that character and made a new one, and there was nothing in my inbox. So does that mean I wont ever have the armor?

You only get the armor skins one time per account. Once you remove them from your inbox, you won’t get another one.

If you contact customer support via email, they might re-send them, especially if you’re new.
I remember I had to do that when GW2 first came out, since it wasn’t stated that some items had to be stored prior to character deletion.
