I just bought a heroic edition of the game to play with some friends that have also just started playing.

So the problem is I created a character and then equipped all the gear and stuff on to my character only to be then told I was on the wrong server and that I should delete my dude and create a new one on the server they are playing on. So I thought fine fair enough, deleted my guy without second thought. However after creating my new guy on the right server I discovered that I have lost all of the free stuff, yes I know people will say I should of banked it, only I am new to this and in my rush to start leveling to catch up with my friends and did not realise that the items would be lost.

I have sent a support ticket but wanted to know if I would have any chance of getting the items back, as the xp boosts will be usefull in catching up with friends, seeing as they bought the same version.
