Guild Wars 2

I’ve noticed that the built-in print-screen function for the game produces screenshots with lower quality than the actual graphics displayed. Is there a way to take high resolution/quality screenshots of the game as it is displayed? I remember there was a setting or possibly an external app that allows this – I’d appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this shutterbug’s query.
