Thought i got mine from some quaggens in the claw of jormag zone. Cant remember if it was green or blue though
Looks like Im going to cursed shore as the quaggen one I have has lesser stats as per post below me.

It is either blue or green depending which you buy. It looks nice, but the Orrian at Gavbeorn’s is statistically better.
