About a week ago I set out on my journey to craft the Incinerator for my thief, and the first thing that I started out on completing was the Entire Map. Now it is very frustrating whenever I log on with that tiny sliver of percentage left to complete when all that is left are the Vistas in the main center keeps on the WvW maps (Not including Eternal Battlegrounds). Barely people play throughout the day on those maps as Ive been watching and in the evening the groups that do form up have so many other focuses that they can’t even get close to the keeps. I don’t know much on how the rotations work, but from what I heard it will be a long time before HoD gets paired up with new servers and still then we most likely will be put with a strong server. I thought guesting might work but that was proven wrong with the hostile NPC’s that killed me upon trying to enter the keep. Ive looked all over the place for an answer and now posting to ask is there really no other way than just waiting it out? I don’t know anyone that can be on 24/7 to watch the map so how will people aiming for map completion ever get those certain points?

Henge is actually ahead in their matchup and should (last I checked) have retained control of most of their home map. If you mean that you need points on the enemy servers’ maps, you may have to wait and try in the early morning hours if that’s possible for you. Or you will indeed have to wait it out and see if Henge draws a different color on Friday.

I could be mis-reading your sentence, but afaik guesting to another server does not work for WvW. When you try to enter WvW while guested, you either get an error message that you cannot enter WvW or it will kick you to your home world’s home map.

Currently my server is matched against you (ET). You may have some vistas and stuff in our borderlands. If you do, I can provide some insights. If not, I’ll tell you anyway.

Most of our server plays late at night for American’s. If you are outside of America, you can easily muster a force to take one of our keeps. That is pretty much all I can tell you. Hope you make it.

Barely anyone plays seems unlikely unless the opposing servers are doing the same. You don’t end up with a score that is almost equal to the other two servers combined by having barely anyone play.
