I would like to check if any of you knows a similar site to this one http://gw2legendary.com where you can track the progress of your Legendary weapon craft but for HoT ones, as i’m not really a big fan of having spreadsheets with that info xD

I use GW2 Efficiency. If you are logged in with your API key set up it will tell you what items you have for the legendary or any item you are crafting when you select the “Use Own Materials” option . It also tells you what you still need.
