You can use alt+enter . Not sure if it is game or OS but it has also worked for other games as well.

Is there a hotkey to toggle between windowed and (true) fullscreen under Windows 7? There doesn’t seem to be an in-game means to configure one and my Windows-foo is weak so I don’t know if there is one at the O/S level and Googling hasn’t helped narrow down an answer.
