You should be able to buy it right now, from the Journal.

In the journal it should prompt you to buy it for 200 gems. If you log in during each release and activate the story you should unlock it for free permanently, but that only works for the current active episode/chapter. So if you want it all for free you should log in at least once every 2 weeks and unlock the story.
It’s not listed. Just episode 2.
Well, I press “H” and select the corresponding tab. Am I supposed to look it up at another position?
