I accidently toggled another achievement, but I want to re-toggle my daily tasks again (the whole list). Anyone know how to do it?

Several ways exist. The simplest if slightly clunky way is to open your hero panel and click the achieve tab. Click on Dailies/Monthly on the left, then on Dailies from the drop down. That opens the panel full of daily tasks, and you can click the little eye icon on each of the 5 you want to track.

You can have tracking on more than 5 but I think only 5 will show up on your UI at a time, and the ones you have the most done on will be at the top. Once you hit 100% on one and want to remove it, you can click on that one on the UI to open the panel and toggle off the eye.

The daily list shows up be default when no other achievements are being tracked (but only until you complete the daily meta-achievement… after that it disappears until reset). If you track even a single achievement manually the auto-list will disappear. But of course you can manually track whichever daily categories you intend to do and mix them with other manually tracked achievements as well.
