Hi

I’m playing GW2.

I bought GW1 Platinum in GameStop today because Hall of Monuments Rewards.

I created account after download and install game.

But the password is incorrect (Code=011).
(I typed Account name(my email address) and password.)

I thought that imcompleted account creation.

I tried again but access key you have entered is in use.

I tried for 2-3hours but can’t solve.

Do i need to create NCsoft Master Acount too for login?

I post here before make NCsoft account… I already made 2 account
(1 from Game login and use access code here, 1 from www.guildwars.com …)

I sent a email to GW1 support. is this working and fast?

If you linked your GW1 accountt to the GW2 account then any password changes you make is to both games.

When I did the password reset on this account it changed my GW1 password too.

I created GW1 account from game login window but disabled immediately.

I typed email address and password but incorrect password.

I want to reset password but not supporting.

I didn’t link because password is incorrect and never login GW1..
