It is build into the ring by default since you can’t add gemstones due to the infusion slot =)

Regardless, they recently made it easier to read stats on Ascended items. I’m guessing that the image you provided is not an image of your own, but one you found online. They have tallied up all the stats and stacked them together.
If you see that ring in a shop now, it will say:
103 Power
68 Precision
8% Critical Damage
5 Agony ResistanceEmpty Offensive Infusion Slot
This is because…
71 + 32 = 103 Power
50 + 18 = 68 Precision
4 + 4 = 8% Critical Damage
5 = 5 Agony Resistance
Infusion slot will be empty, naturally.

That is correct, you bought the non-infused version. You can infuse it with a recipe in the mystic forge (I believe 5 vials of condensed mists essence, 3 globs of coagulated mists essence, and 1 Shard of crystallized mists essence).
If you have no idea what they are or how to get them, they most likely won’t affect you, nor will the 5 agony resist, so don’t bother with it.
