How do I change my name?

I noticed in the TP that there is a name change contract, and I was wondering what does a person need to do to get one? Because at this point in time my name no longer reflects who my character actually is.

I believe the Contract was an Open Beta item, and is no longer available.

I didn’t think they were up. Supposedly, that’s coming in a new update. You can purchase it with gems (and you get gems via gold or real money).

Okay awesome! I was hoping it was just content that wasn’t released yet! I don’t mind buying some gems for it…it’s just annoying having a masculine name on a female character and so forth, and with all the other makeover items they were recently releasing I was just confused whether or not it was usable yet…or what.
