My friend And I have been looking to complete some dungeons just for fun and for the rewards for a while now. We are level 68’s and have yet to complete a dungeon at all. The main problem is we can never find partners to do the dungeon with!? When we do they quit after 25 minutes. Is there any organized chat specifically for finding dungeon partners? A reply would be great Thanks

There is no tool or organized chat. Just spam “LFM <Dungeon> Story/Explo x/5” and you will find a group sooner or later.

First step is to find a guild that specializes in dungeons. Second step is to form up dungeon groups with them.

Step 0: Go the map which you want to go dungeon in. Then spam chat.

Yeah, the best way is to go to an entrance of a dungeon and spam 2LFM etc.

Make sure you tell them you want to do story mode (you need to complete it before doing explorer mode), and before going in explain that it takes a good amount of time to do it (for an unexperienced group, it ranges from 1-2,5 hours depending on the dungeon).

If this method keeps failing there might be something wrong with your approach to it. In that case finding a guild that does dungeons regularly and ask them for help will be the solution. A pug (pick up group) will just leave if you act like (dungeon)noobs, but a guild will explain what your doing wrong. follow in that case the advise and your ok.

I agree, this is where you will want to be looking for a Guild. By game mechanics, for the most part you can play this game totally by yourself. Running Dungeons you need people that you know will be playing the entire time. Only once have I had a dungeon run where the entire party stayed playing til the end. I even had a party where a person dropped out after the first 2-3 minutes. LFG parties in dungeons for the most part suck.

They haven’t finished any dungeon, so they need story modes. with level 68 and no story mode done, I reckon that if they find groups and get to the end of each of them they will be 80 when they done all of them…

Never. I usually find 80’s.

for story mode, it’ll be slightly easier. like the few mentioned above, i feel EXP mode will onl be for 80’s. this is only for PUGs though. i’d say best is to try to find a dungeon runnin’ heavy guidl as well : ))) then you can always find people more readily and hopefully find people who will be willing to teach you how to play the dungeons. soon enough you’ll be able to run ‘em and teach others. don’t forget to keep passing on what you’ve learnt!!

i was lucky enough my first two times doing dungeons, i joined PUGs. one i put together as well by roping in a good bunch who were all LFG. it’s simple enough, if 3, 4 people are calling out LFG, then why not bring ’em into one group. or maybe i got lucky. and both times, there were at least one or two who were more active in taking a “leader” role or explaining how things work.

i also let people know before we got started that it’s my first time and asked to be just told what to do. i think that helps people, and let them know you’re there to learn and need a little help the first time. if people aren’t willing to spend that time, then they’ll hopefully just leave the party and you can just go LF1M
