Hi there, does anyone know if its possible to give a soulbounded item to a character to another character? For example. I no longer play my guardian and would like to transfer my berserker’s over to my warrior.

Soulbound means it’s bound to that one character..
Account Bound means it’s bound to your account. What you are asking is impossible.

Unless what you’re after is the skin, not the stats (though you seem to mostly be after the stats), in which case you can transmute it onto a white item, which is then account bound, and then transmute again onto the new character.
