Guild Wars 2

This may sound like a very stupid question, but I’ve been trying to get some help, and a part redirects me to here, and it didn’t tell me what email (I used a different email in the help ticket) or even a password of any sort to get on here. I tried using my log in for GW2 in general, but that doesn’t work either, if anyone can help that’d be much appreciated.
And when I try resetting the password I get no acknowledgment like “Hey this isn’t even an email associated with this site” or any email in general, so that doesn’t help either.

If you need to get help from CustomService, you can start to create ticket from support page.

1. Top there is Support, choose it.
2. From support page top right there is selection Submit a request, click it
3. Then choose what is your problem and continue to fill your ticket. Remember, that you need to give that kind of e-mail address where they can contact you.

When you have got automatic email from there, you can use that email corresponding with those Custom Service guys. Do only one ticket / issue.
