Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone,

I started playing guild wars 2 a little time ago. I like it, but some parts are really hard!

Now I see other people, that have an entire army with them as they are, and they are going a lot better than I am.

I try and ask them how they make that army, but they don’t reply in a way that makes sense to me.

Anybody here know how to do that?

If by army you mean in wvwvw, thens it’s just a random collection of players following a comander or you may be seeing a random guild, if your getting lonely try to interact with the community and make some friends, join a guild or if all else fails make a necro the always have a small army with them =^_^=

there are common paths the some people will randomly group up and run continuously
nobody really leads, its just a mutual lemming farm

If by Army you mean a mesmers clones or a necros minions there are skills you have to use to conjure them .

Is the necroclass the one that can copy himself 4 or 5 times?

No no; I’ve already seen that any posts regarding automated players are being locked instantly.

So I am specifically not asking after that part.

I would like to see an uninterupted discussion though about all these clokittenups I see running around, making me feel as if I am doing a singleplayer game most of the time.

In every MMO the best way to find friends to play with is joining a Guild. MMOs are not single player games, but at first glance GW2 seems like… and you can play GW2 w/o Guild or party (except dungeons) but you limit the fun factor, so as to say.

I suggest you find a guild and I’m sure this problem of being “lonely” will get sorted out.
On the other hand, GW2 does not require you to pary up with other people in order to do a Dynamic Event. You can simply work with those around you doing the same event just like you would do it in a party.

GW2 is not a traditional MMO, so if you have previous MMO experiences (such as WoW, Aion etc) just forget the routine you got used to. You have to learn the way GW2 works. It is new, exciting, no grindmill, no fighting for loot… We all play it for fun. This is the best reward to get !

What do you mean with “an army”?

Mesmer clones? Necromancer minions? Charr Warband Support? Guardian spirit weapons? Bots? Guild?

Is he talking about bots ?
