How do I reassign trait slots?
When out of combat there is a little white arrow that appears over the slot. Just click that and select which utility you want to trade.

You must mean utility skills. See the tip above. Also, you can change it on the Hero Screen (second tab from above, then select “Skills”).
Traits are a different mechanic, which you gain access to at level 30. They have a separate tab on the Hero Screen (second tab from above, then select “Traits”).
