As the title says. I don’t know how to do this. There is no in-game mechanism for reporting exploits, just botting, verbal abuse, gold selling and scamming.

Right click their name if you can see it in chat or click the character portrait and a small menu with options will show up. There should be an option to report players there and you can give he reason your reporting.

I would just use scamming or botting

Not like you’ll get banned for using the wrong one.
