Q:

I am new to this game and I’d like to ask, I entered the Lion’s arch portal in the PVP lobby and I do not know how to originally get back to where I was questing (Shiverpeak mountains),how do I get back?

A:

You can open the world map and just click in a Waypoint near where you were.
Also in the northeast side of Lion’s Arch there are 5 portals, 1 to each major city, Shiverpeak is near the Hoelbrak (the norn city) and from there you’ll be close enough.

I don’t really recomend this since you will be walking through Lornars Pass a lvl 25 to 40 zone then either Snowdon Drifts 15-25 lvl or Dredgehaut Cliffs 40-50 lvl.

Pay the couple of copper to waypoint back or better yet visit all of the home cities and get a bit of experience and transmutation charges.
