My personal reward level was at 50 before HOT. I want to start playing 50+ now and get the +7 AR stuff, but the 51-75 and 76-100 are grey out. What do I have to do to unlock? Thanks

As always, just play 50 to unlock 51, then 51 to unlock 52 and so on . Nothing changed (other than fractals 50 now actually advances your reward level unlike before).
