Q:

Guess I’m stupid, someone please help me.

I have a Roll of Wrapping Paper, I have a Wooden Dagger Skin, how the heck do I create a present? Right-clicking the Paper just gives ‘Destroy’ and neither tool tip actually says HOW to perform the wrapping!

Talk to the same NPC who sold you the paper. On the same tab, below the option to buy the paper is the option to combine the paper and dagger into a gift.
